SHIPPING INFORMATION

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from ZAVINA.PK (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to verification and approval prior to dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within [2–3 business days] following successful payment authorization.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. The Company reserves the right to extend processing times due to inventory constraints, verification procedures, or force majeure events.

Domestic Shipments (Pakistan)

We offer the following shipping services:

Shipping charges may be calculated at checkout.

Charged at a flat rate, or Waived for qualifying orders (e.g., free shipping thresholds).

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Tracking data may require up to 24–48 hours to become active within the carrier’s system.

Delivery Delays and Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays or logistical disruptions, Customs clearance delays Natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of Loss and Damaged Shipments

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Customers must notify the Company of any damaged, defective, or missing items within [7 days] of receipt. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Supporting documentation (e.g., photographs and proof of delivery) may be required for claim processing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
The Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional reshipment fees may apply for returned packages.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, we may issue a refund for the product price only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise required by law.
